05/DEC/2022 - Service outage

Dear Customers,

At the moment, our system is encountering some outages and slowness which is having an impact in the CRS, IBE, API and GDS connections.

Our IT team is working to resolve this and mitigate its effects in the shortest period of time possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We will keep posting updates here.

UPDATE 16:32 GMT - The system is stabilized now and working normally.
Root: A high number of connections and traffic caused the server to fail which prompted a few actions from the team to mitigate the issue but we had to restart the server and to wait for the re-establishment of all the subsequent services.
