Customer subscription issue

Dear Customers,

Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you due to an issue we have detected with the behavior of the option "Subscribe to receive news and offers" from the website (passenger details page).
Since 31/JUL/2022 all the new customers that were created from the website were marked as default to receive news and offers and this might affect your customer lists if you are using the special export from the CRM > Customer sub-module, the root was caused to a deployment which disrupted the correct behavior of this action inadvertently and only detected and corrected on 06/DEC/2022 after a customer brought this to our attention.

Rest assured that we are taking preventive measures to avoid such issues in the future, we know that we have fallen short this time but we are always looking for improvement and we take this as a lesson to learn for the future.

We can offer to do a massive update of the customers created since this date and remove the indicator of "Subscribe to receive news and offers", in order to request so or for further information please contact us at
