23/JULY/2017 - Vouchers Optimization

Dear customers,

As part of our continued efforts to improve our services in every aspect, we have now implemented a new improvement in the system, that will prevent the option of re-using a voucher in a PNR.

From now on, every time that a voucher will be paid in a PNR, both fully and partial utilization, the voucher will be updated accordingly, and new indicator (Red asterisk sign next to the voucher entity) will appear automatically.

A voucher with a red asterisk can not be utilized again to "ticket" the booking, an agent would need to add a new voucher for the extra amount for any changes to the booking in order to re-ticket.

Example of a used voucher in the system, if you hover above the amount, you will see the indicated "used amount":
