We have been informed by our infrastructure provider, that an emergency maintenance slot have been scheduled for the following dates (UTC timings)
06/JAN/2017 - 00:00-02:00 Duration, 2 Hours with services being unavailable for a period of upto 45 minutes.
06/JAN/2017 - 13:00-15:00 Duration, 2 Hours with services being unavailable for a period of upto 60 minutes (and in case of emergency mitigation of up to 60 minutes)
I would like to regret this inconvenience caused by the service provider and we will work to shorten the periods of maintenance as soon as possible.
Be noticed that during January, we will be migrating to "Amazon web services" which will reduce these types of downtime to almost zero.

UPDATE - updated 06/JAN/2017 from 15:00-17:00 to 13:00-15:00, all hours UTC.
UPDATE - Part 1 (06/JAN/2017 - 00:00-02:00) of systems update is complete, total downtime was 13 minutes.
UPDATE - Part 2 (06/JAN/2017 - 13:00-15:00) of system updates is being performed now by IBM, we are waiting for an update from them, it seems there is a delay in applying the update, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will keep updating here.
UPDATE - Part 2 (06/JAN/2017 - 13:00-15:00) of system updates is being performed, we can update you that the "CRS" servers are back online, the websites are next to be serviced.
