Classes Cancellation Policies

In this article, you will learn how to manage and update cancellation policies.

Flight cancellation fees are managed from the Classes sub-module. There are up to 4 periods of cancellations.

Steps to Change Cancellation Policy:

  1. Navigate to Marketing -> Classes.
  2. Select the class for which you want to change the cancellation policy.
  3. In the popup screen, the second segment is related to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation types

GO7 offers 4 periods of cancellation, each set for X amount of hours prior to the flight time. For each period, select the fee type:

  1. Fixed Fee per Passenger: The value is in the basic currency of the system.
  2. Fixed Fee per Passenger per Service: Cancellation applies only on the service within the cancellation period. Value is in the basic currency of the system.
  3. Percent per PNR: The value is in percentage.
  4. Percent per Service: The value is in percentage.
    • The checkbox for 'Include TAX' determines if you keep the tax or refund it back to the customer.
    • It's not mandatory to use all 4 periods.
