Taking a screenshot

Taking a screenshot of the screen for troubleshooting purposes might be frustrating at times. We have found some useful tools to make our lives easier (you can see the GO7 support team using them for sending screenshots back to you).

We would highly suggest to install one of the following free tools:

1. Light shot

• A tool for taking screenshots with the ability to send them as a link, send them, or save them.
• There is an option to draw on the screenshot.

1. Jing

• A tool for taking screenshots with the ability to send them as a link, send them, or save them.
• This tool can capture a video as well.
• There is an option to draw on the screenshot.
