The Permissions submodule allows you to control access to modules and submodules in the system for a user group. User groups enable the creation of permission groups for agents or CRS users. The permissions assigned to a user group will apply to all users/agents assigned to that group. Permissions are configured using four levels of checkboxes under each submodule in a module (from left to right): read, new, update, delete. Tick the required checkbox to grant the necessary permission level.
Actions can be preformed on this sub-module :
New Click on New to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view the record.
Filter Filter the results on this screen and create a customized report.
