Permissions sub module allows to control the access to modules and sub modules in the system of a user group.
User groups allow to create permission groups for agents or CRS users.
The permissions are given to a user group will apply for all users/ agents assigned to the group.
The permissions are given in 4 levels of checkboxes under each sub module in a module (from left to right):
read‚ new‚ update‚ delete.
Tick the required checkbox to allow the required permission level.
Actions can be preformed on this sub-module :
New Click on New to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view the record.
Filter Filter the results on this screen and create a customized report.

| Agent only | This setting will give permissions level with agent access only modules. |
NOTE: Some of the permissions above might be restricted for your user login, please ask your administrator if you encounter a need for a permission in this screen
