| Field | Description |
| PNR | PNR reference number of the affiliate booking. |
| Agent | Name of the agent that is assigned to the affiliate booking. |
| Amount | Amount of the discount. |
| Used | Mark this checkbox when you want to mark the affiliate as used or credited. |
| Remark | Internal remark for affiliates. |
