| Field | Description |
| PNR | PNR refferance number of the affiliate booking |
| Agent | Name of the agent that is assigned to the affiliate booking |
| Amount | Amount of discount |
| Used | Mark this check-box when you want to mark the affiliate as used or credited. |
| Remark | Internal remark for affiliate |
