TTL sub-module

The TTL (Ticket Time Limit) sub-module under agents enables the setting of a special TTL for an agent. The new TTL will override the default TTL configuration in the system for agent bookings.


Actions can be preformed on this sub-module :
New Click on "New" to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view its details.
Filter Filter the results on this screen and create customised reports.


Field Description
Agent Agency name
Class Class code to apply agent TTL.
TTL (hr) This setting will override any other TTL settings of this class for this agent.



NOTE: Some of the permissions above might be restricted for your user login, please ask your administrator if you encounter a need for a permission in this screen

    Dear Sir ,
    I want to set a special TTL to some agent 24 hours in TTL module
    but i cann't ,24hours is base on booking date i wish but it is based on service date.It's not okay please advise to me and thanks .

    Dear L Mar, TTL sub-module will allow you to set an specific TTL for agencies and by class.

    Ticketing time limit is the quantity of hours before the flight (service date) which a ticket must be issued in the PNR.
