The Group Commissions sub-module allows users to create commissions for agent group bookings. Commissions are set for a specific class and agent group and can optionally be restricted to a specific route.
Actions that can be preformed on this sub-module:
New Click on "New" to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view its details.
Filter Filter the results on this screen and create customised reports.
| Field | Description |
| Group | Agent group for the group commission. |
| Class | Class code. The group commission will be applicable for this class. |
| OW-COM (%) | Commission for one-way leg (percentage). The commission will be deducted from the rack fare. |
| RT-COM (%) | Commission for return leg (percentage). The commission will be deducted from the rack fare. |
| Destination Restriction | Sets the commission for a specific route. |
| From | Start date for the time period during which the commission will be applicable. |
| To | End date for the time period during which the commission will be applicable. |
| Applicable Period | The time period during which the commission will be applicable. |
| From | Departure destination for destination restriction. The restriction sets the commission for a specific route. |
| To | Arrival destination for destination restriction. The restriction sets the commission for a specific route. |
