The Crew submodule enables the creation of flight crew members. These members are then assigned to scheduled or charter flights within bookings.
Actions that can be preformed on this sub-module:
New Click on "New" to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view its details.

| System User | Select the system user which will allow the user to login and view ONLY his data in the Operational Calendar. |
| Address | Crew member address of residence. |
| Country | Crew member country of residence. |
| Phone | Crew member phone number. |
| Date of birth | Crew member date of birth. |
| Passport | Crew passport. Required for the UK. |
| Passport expiry | Crew passport expiry. Required for the UK. |
| Nationality | Crew nationality. |
| Passport country issue | Crew Passport country issue. |
| License information | Crew member flight license related information. |
| Issue Date | Crew member flight license issue date. |
| ASEL | Tick this checkbox for aircraft single engine land license. |
| AMEL | Tick this checkbox for aircraft maintenance engineer license. |
| ASES | Tick this checkbox for aircraft single-engine sea license. |
| AMES | Tick this checkbox for airborne maintenance and engineering services license. |
| Scheduling | Tick this checkbox to enable crew member availability for flight scheduling. |
| Type | Crew member type: PIC - pilot in command; SIC - Second in command Flight attendant. |
| Crew member e-mail address. | |
| Name | Crew member name. |
| Mobile | Crew member mobile phone number. |
| License # | Crew member flight license number. |
