Members sub-module

Members sub-module allow creating frequent passenger members to be used to earn FF points and use them in for FF discounts. The FF membership is identified by a FF number‚ which is inserted in passengers details in the PNR screen.

Actions can be preformed on this sub-module :
New Click on New to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view the record.
Filter Filter the results on this screen and create a customized report.

Status PointsAmount of status points of the FP member. Status points are given as additional to awarded points and they are stored for a temporary period according to the company settings. FP points are given according to earning rules of the company
Bonus PointsAmount of bonus points of the FP member. Bonus points are given as bonus in addition to status and awarded points FP points are given according to earning rules of the company
Last NameFrequent Passenger member last name
First NameFrequent Passenger member first name
E-mailFrequent Passenger member e-mail address
FP NumberFrequent passenger identification number. Leave EMPTY value for automatic numeration
CityFrequent Passenger member city of residence
Birth DateFrequent Passenger member date of birth
CountryFrequent Passenger member country of residence
PhoneFrequent Passenger member phone number
LevelFrequent Passenger member degree level. The FF level is set according to the amount of member FF points
Awarded PointsAmount of awarded points. FP points are given according to earning rules of the company
Entry DateFrequent passenger membership issue date
Last updateLast update date of the FF member
