Charter Rates sub-module

Charter rates sub module allows to create charter rates for CRS charter bookings. The charter rates for point to point charter flights. The rates are calculated by the distance between two destinations‚ flight block speed‚ which generates flight's duration. Rates can be charged per hour or per mile.
