The Product Groups submodule allows users to create groups for products. These products can be booked as additional services in bookings. The products created in the Products submodule are assigned to a product group. The product group will appear on the products window when clicking on the 'product' button on the PNR screen.
Actions can be preformed on this sub-module :
New Click on New to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view the record.
Filter Filter the results on this screen and create a customized report.
| Field | Description |
| Group Name | Product group name. |
| Booking engine | Departure/Return - used for transfers etc. From/To - Used for flights. On date - Excursions etc. |
| Web engine | Select the type of booking engine for the product group. |
| Ask for time | The system will ask for specific time of day during making of the booking. |
| Ask for accommodation | The system will ask for accommodation from a list of hotels in the system during making of the booking. |
| Ask for accommodation 2 | The system will ask for additional accommodation from a list of hotels in the system during making of the booking. NOT VALID FOR DEPART/RETURN. |
| Ask for remark | The system will ask for a remark / additional information during the making of the booking. |
