This is where the general settings of the website should be customized. Opening the website setting screen is done from New IBE > Website clips sub-module, clicking the settings button.
Actions can be performed on this sub-module:
View: Click on a record to view the record.

| Allow Walk-in customers | Check to allow walk in customers without the need for login or password setting‚ the site will request from them the primary contact only |
| Show VIA | When this checkbox is checked flight results will show VIA connections |
| Agents user name login | check for web agents to login with e-mail address instead of user name. |
| Customer login | Show or not show the login for customers |
| Agency login | Show or not show the login for agencies |

| Show Extras page | Show the extra page in the booking process |
| Customer VAT | When this checkbox is checked the customer will be shown an option to fill VAT number |
| Sign policy hover | When this checkbox is checked the customer will be requested to review the policy (in policy clip) and only after scrolling down all the way‚ he will be able to continue. |
| Show one fare | When this checkbox is checked flight results will have only one fare per flight (according to class priority) |
| Allow checkin when pay@CI | When this checkbox is checked the system will not block customers that paid with pay@checkin promise from checking in online |
| Free seating | When this checkbox is checked all flights will allow check-in without seating |
| Use horizontal search engine | When this checkbox is checked the search engine on the home page will be horizontal |
| Allow non English chars | When this checkbox is checked‚ passengers will be allowed to enter passenger naems in different languages‚ NOTE - enabling this fetaure will create the PNL/ADL procedures uselss as it supports only English chars. |
| Allow SMS | When this checkbox is checked the customer can choose to send SMS confirmation based on "Web confirmation" SMS template |
| Allow no seat checkin | Allow the customer to complete online checkin without selecting a seat |
| Show Charge type | Allow the customer to select the Charge type according to the settings in charge types module and then the fares will be filtered according to the user selection |
| Show personal Header | The header will be set as the Personal Header clip. |
| Show 'company' field | Show the company field at the registration. if filled‚ the customer will be company (for invoicing the company). |
| Search engine Adults MAX Qty | The max QTY of adults allowed in the search engine drop down list |
| Kids | The max QTY of kids allowed in the search engine drop down list |

| Trip type toggle button | Show the triptype selection as toggle instead of selection |
| Use Grid View on website | Shows the grid view on the flight-results page of your website. |
| Show passengers before Extras page | You can choose whether to let the customer first insert information about the passengers and then choose extras‚ or select all items before insert passenger information (default) |
| Apply discount on ancillary | Apply any website discount / coupon code on all ancillaries. |
| Allow sellable seats on website | Allow selling seats during online booking process. Notice: if this option unactive users can select seats only on check-in. All seats will be free. |

| Show Brand name as Class name | If the airline uses branding - this will show the brand name as the class name |
| Show calendar without prices | On the calendar - don't show prices. This will also affect the prices carousel |

| Show free seats left | Show or don't show how many seats left. In general. this shows only when there are 5 seats or left |
| Show Cookies warning | Show a message alerting the user that the website uses cookies. |
| Show "Flight operated by" | If this is checked‚ we will show the "flight operated by" text |
| GDPR new ruling | Tick this to use the new GDPR ruling. This will show instead of the current cookie banner |
| Show FF num in Mandatory fields | Tick this to show the FF field along with the mandatory fields on the passengers page. This does not make it mandatory |
| Agent ownership of PNR | Allow agents to take ownership of PNRs of customers in case they are paying for it. |
| Allow unaccompanied minors | If this is checked‚ customers will be able to book children unaccompanied by adults |
| Destination switch button | If this is checked‚ customers will be able to switch destinations direction on click |
| Show currency on Calendar | If this is checked‚ we will show the currency icon on calendar next to the price. |
