| Website amendment E-mail template | Select the template that will be sent to web customers after amending a booking from the website |
| PTL Alert E-mail template | Select the template which will be sent as a PTL alert to agents |
| TTL Alert E-mail template | Select the template which will be sent as a TTL alert to agents |
| Ticket validation template | Set the template sent to the ticket validator‚ valid only for companies using the ticket validating users option. |
| RQ PNR Template | Set the template that will be sent when an RQ booking is created. |
| Logo URL | Logo for boarding pass and baggage tag |
| Not Paid | Text when a PNR is not paid |
