The "Ticket Terms" properties window allows for the insertion and modification of the ticket terms of bookings in the system. The ticket terms will be presented in the terms and conditions section of the itinerary.
Actions can be preformed on this sub-module :
New Click on NEW to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view the record.

| E-Ticket template | Select a template that you want to be your default e-ticket when a customer scans the bar-code on the top of the ticket or when he prints from the website. |
| Web Confirmation E-mail template | Select the template which will be sent as confirmation to customers. |
| "Hold my booking" E-mail template | Select the template that will be sent to web customers booking with hold my booking option. |
| Website cancellation E-mail template | Select the template that will be sent to web customers after cancelling a booking from the website. |
| Website amendment E-mail template | Select the template that will be sent to web customers after amending a booking from the website. |
| PTL Alert E-mail template | Select the template which will be sent as a PTL alert to agents. |
| TTL Alert E-mail template | Select the template which will be sent as a TTL alert to agents. |
| Ticket validation template | Set the template sent to the ticket validator‚ valid only for companies using the ticket validating users option. |
| RQ PNR Template | Set the template that will be sent when an RQ booking is created. |
| Logo URL | Logo for boarding pass and baggage tag. |
| Not Paid | Text when a PNR is not paid. |
NOTE: Some of the permissions above might be restricted for your user login, please ask your administrator if you encounter a need for a permission in this screen
