| Field | Description |
| Default Language | Choose the invoice default language. |
| Show due date | Check this checkbox to show invoice due date. |
| Show invoice created date | Check this checkbox to show invoice issue date. |
| Show invoice print date | Check this checkbox to show invoice print date. |
| VAT | VAT in percentage numbers‚ for example 0.14 for 14%. |
| VAT reverse behavior | Check here if you want the VAT to be out of the total amount‚ or the other way around. |
| Show VAT on invoice | Check this checkbox if to show VAT on invoice or not. |
| Show amount ex. VAT | Check this checkbox if to show the amount ex. VAT. |
| Show VOID box | Will show a void box on a cancelled invoice. |
| Invoice extra details | Will appear on the bottom of each invoice. |
| Invoice name | Insert invoice name template text. |
| Invoice small header | Insert invoice small header template text. |
| VAT title | The VAT title which will be shown for example: TOTAL VAT 14%‚ it will be shown next to the total VAT for this invoice. |
| Ex. VAT title | The ex. VAT title which will be shown for example: TOTAL VAT amount ex. VAT. |
