Dashboard screen

In this article you will learn about the dashboard BI information.

The dashboard screen is animated screen that showing in an initiative visuals the sales information about your company.

You can access the dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard icon on the top area of the system

Within the dashboard screen you can:

1. Filter by dates
2. Filter by direct client / agency
3. Watch agency booking and credit limit bar
4. Watch sales and passenger flown on selected periods
5. See sales analysis in smart pie charts with the option to deeper information
• Hovering the selected pie shows the information about the pie area
6. Summary for Sales, Funds, Invoices, Vouchers, Passengers, Flights and Booking for selected period

1. The information showing on the dashboard will be according to the date periods you select.
2. Results will be according to the filter selected. There are 4 options of filtering.
• Agents & direct clients - Shows information of all customers and agencies
• Direct clients only - Shows information of direct customers only
• Only agents - Shows information of all agencies you have listed on AeroCRS
• Specific agent - Shows information of the selected agency only
3. If the bar is close to the red color - the agency is almost in the booking / credit limit.
   If the bar is close to the green color - the agency is in "the safe zone" of booking / credit limit. (Don't know what is booking / credit limit? Learn more) 
4. We have 2 types of graphs:
• 1st graph shows Sales made in the selected period. You can hover on each day to see the specific information for that day.
• 2nd graph shows Passengers flown in the selected period. You can hover on each day and see the pax flown on the specific day.

• Hovering the selected pie shows the information about the pie area
6. The numbers shown are according to the selected dates:
• Sales - Total of sales created in the period selected and originated from the source selected.
• Funds - Total of received funds in the period selected originated from the source selected.
• Invoices - Total summary of invoices issued in the period selected originated from the source selected.
• Vouchers - Total summary of vouchers created in the period selected originated from the source selected.
• Passengers - The number of passengers flown in the period selected originated from the source selected.
• Bookings - The number of PNRs made in the period selected originated from the source selected.
