CRS Agents Sub-module

The CRS Agents sub-module allows you to create and manage CRS agent users. The CRS agent user is assigned under an agency and can log in to the CRS system (with limited access to the CRM module and agency reports) to create bookings.


Actions that can be preformed on this sub-module include:
New Click on "New" to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view it.
Filter Filter the results on this screen and create customised reports.


Field Description
Password This field is required for the user password that the user will use when logging in to the system.
Require password change on login Tick to require a password change from the user on their next login.
Login attempts Number of wrong credential login attempts until login lock. Set to zero to release user login lock.
Time zone User time zone; the timings of the system, logs, etc., will be shown in local time. Times for flights are according to departure origin.
Deposit limit The limit of deposit the user will be able to enter to deposit in one booking when ticketing.
Send SMS Allow the user to send SMS from the booking screen.
Allow use of deposit Allow this user to utilise deposit.
Set TTL Allows manual adjustment of booking TTL (ticket time limit) settings.
Ticketing Pricing Over Rule Not applicable.
Allow use of credit-card Allows users to pay using a credit card.
Cancellation interval The number of hours before the flight during which the user will be restricted from canceling a flight service.
Accept money (!) Allow users to accept cash, debit cards, bank transfers, and cheques on behalf of the company.
Cashier balance The cashier balance; if you wish to limit your cashier for cash, bank transfer, etc., specify the limit here. Any new receipts added will be deducted from this balance. Leave zero for an unlimited cashier.
Allow reinstate Allow users to reinstate a XX status booking.
Allow unaccompanied minor Allow users to book an unaccompanied minor.
Allow ticketing Allows the user to ticket in the PNR screen.
Reports Center Allows users access to the reports section.
Show circuit button Display the Circuit button to apply discounts.
Allow Past bookings Allows users to manage past bookings.
Allow sellable seats on PNR Ability to book sellable seats on the PNR screen.
TKT PAX Change Allows users to modify booking passenger details after ticketing.
Allow split PNR Allows users to split a PNR into two PNRs. Each new split will contain the passengers divided with the same services.
Allow O/Service Allows users to create or cancel open services.
Allow RQ bookings Allow users to book flights on request.
Allow unbalanced split Allow users to split a PNR and keep it unbalanced without it moving to HN.
Amend block Prevent the user from making amendments to a booking.
Use third party PSP  Enable the use of third-party PSP payments.
Use DPO mobile money Allows users to receive mobile money payments with DPO.
Lower class amendment block Prevent amendments to a class with lower priority or, if using branding, to a lower brand in the same class.
Re-routing block Block re-routing on amendments to users.
PNR log Prevents users from canceling a ticket on a PNR when at least one of the passengers are marked as checked in/boarded.
Lock ticket cancellation after CI Prevent users from canceling a ticket on a PNR when at least one of the passengers is marked as checked in/boarded.
Set specific classes Mark specific classes that the CRS agent can view and book.
Booking fee Set a fixed value (in the default currency of the airline) that will be added as a fee service upon the creation of new bookings by this user. Please note that negative values are not allowed for this field.
TTL change limit Allow the user to change the TTL if set to more than zero. The time is measured in hours from the first flight departure time.
Clear Filters Click to clear user filters.
User Name Required for the user's login.
E-mail User's email address.
Contact CRS Agent user contact details.
Permission Group Select the user permission group.
Allow user validate tickets Allow CRS agents to validate and ticket bookings for their agency; use only if the validate tickets option is active for the system.
Branch Select the agency branch.
Agency Name of the agency of the CRS agent.
Last login Time and date of user's last login.



NOTE: Some of the permissions above might be restricted for your user login, please ask your administrator if you encounter a need for a permission in this screen
