The occupancy type allows you to create guests quantity for each room. At first you create the types of occupancies (E.G: 1 Adult - 1 Kid‚ 2 Adults - 0 Kids‚ 3 Adults - 2 Kids). Later you allocate each occupancy for the relevant room type. Click on Rooms option‚ to manage the occupancy.
Actions that can be preformed on this sub-module:
New Click on "New" to create a new record.
View Click on a record to view its details.
Filter Filter the results on this screen and create customised reports.

| Occupancy Name | Internal name of occupancy type. |
| Number of Adults | Number of adults in room. |
| Children | Number of children in room. |
| Web name | Name of occupancy type that will be displayed on the website. |
