Dear customers,

Incendent report - at 09:50 GMT our monitoring system discovered a full down time for users accessing the system from outside.
Due to the fact that our system is protected by another service (incapsula), incapsula detected a connectivity issue which affects all the customers (including us)

at 10:15 GMT it was fixed by incapsula and the system is back and working as normal.

We regret any inconvenience caused by this fault.


10:15 GMT - System is back and operating as normal.

09:50 GMT - Due to a fault in our web application firewall service provider, our systems and websites are down at the moment,

We will notify you once they have corrected the issue ASAP.
