11/Nov/2014 Update existing fares by CSV file upload

Dear customers,

In our latest update launched today we are introducing a new feature to update existing fare records in the system via CSV file upload.

 In order to update existing fares in the system by uploading a document conduct the following:

1. Click on ‘filter’ button and filter the required fares list.
   
2. Click on ‘special export’ button. A CSV file will be downloaded to your machine under the default download directory.
   
3. Update the required data on the downloaded CSV file and save.
   Click on ‘mass update fares’ button. An upload window will open.
   
4. Click on ‘choose file’ and choose the CSV file path, and click ‘upload’ button.

The existing fares in the system will now be updated according to the new data in the CSV file.

NOTE – The system will update the non erroneous lines, if the system will find lines with errors, it will show you a notice about the un-updated lines.
