Dear customers,
On April 10, 2013 we have experienced an outage on our systems, the outage was caused due to a fault in our hosting company.
A detailed RFO (reason for outages) report by Hostway is attached in this link.
The reason for the outage was a failed switch (A device that links several servers together), AeroCRS monitoring systems alerted that there was an issue which affected our systems on 6:30AM until 7:45AM and again from 09:25AM until 10:00AM, when the issue was resolved by the Hostway team.
We are sorry for any inconvenienced caused and working with Hostway to check if we can avoid such incidents in the future.
