To better support the H1 connection, a few updates for you:
- The option to search using GDSRLOC
We have added the option to search using GDSRLOC (and the GDSRLOC you have received from H1 or from a passenger) and this will open the latest PNR (note that there might be a few bookings connected to the same GDS record locator, the system will pull the last one)
To action this, just write in the system search engine "GDSRLOC XXXXX" where XXXX is the GDS record locator. - The option to search using ETKT
We have added the option to search the system using E-tkt number recived by a passenger from H1 booking.
To action this, just write in the system search engine "ETKT XXXXX" where XXXX is the E-ticket number or part of it. - GDS RLOC added to "Agents statement" report - You can now mark this checkbox in order to add a column for GDS RLOC for the agency statement report.
- H1 booking finder tool
Hahn Air have created a tool for looking up bookings so you will be able to see status of bookings on their side, the tool can be found in this link:
https://www.hahnair.com/en/agents/booking-details and you are able to see it in any H1 booking as a link in their logo.
This will prevent the need for querying the status from H1 reservations department in case of need.
- Additional improvements to the communications between H1 and AeroCRS were made in the background.
