Dear customers,
In chrome version 33 an up there is an issue, if you open a printable window which pops up the “Print” option and close that window without clicking “Cancel” on the print window, the system will freeze.
This is a known issue on Chrome and it was raised in their bug list:

Please make sure to click “Cancel” before you close the pop-up window.
