Incident History:

Initial message (8th Jun 25) 
Dear customers,

We’re writing to let you know that CRS is currently experiencing an unexpected outage at a server level that began at 05:00 UTC. 
Our development team are aware of issue and are working with our AWS provider to fix this at the earliest.

1st update: 

We are still working on the issue with the team. 
While we are handling the issue, we are now able to manually issue the manifest of the flights today and tomorrow to facilitate the current operations. 
If the following will currently help you, please reach out to support@aerocrs.com with the request to issue this.

 

2nd update: Update 11:00 UTC
AeroCRS is mainly up; some services are still in recovery, but the following are available.

  • AeroCRS login and module usage
  • Reporting
  • API and IBE
  • Booking process on the IBE

    Thank you for addressing this issue. We experienced the outage by 6:17 AM GMT+1. That is 5:17 UTC.

    It is important that the timelines are properly documented.
