We have updated the customer payment type configuration to display the PSP type (e.g., M-Pesa, Zooz, etc.) on receipts and reports. This ensures clearer payment identification and improves financial documentation accuracy.
Who will benefit?
Any customer who would like to see the PSP name as part of the payment method. In particular, that would be beneficial for customers with more than one PSP enabled (it will be possible to recognize a particular PSP used in each case now).
Configuration
Under Accounting → Debit types, you need to create a new debit type with the following settings:
Active - TRUE, Show on CRS - FALSE, Fee = 0, Fee type - UNDEFINED.
Debit name must be equal to PSP type, exactly as defined in the table below.

zoozIf you can't identify your PSP in the list, please reach out to your Account Manager for assistance.
The PSP type must be chosen exactly as in the list below; however, configuration is not case-sensitive, so you may define the value, for example, as ZOOZ, Zooz, or zooz, it will work in all cases, but will change the display accordingly.
If defined correctly, any new transaction from now on will have the extended payment method displayed in the receipts, as well as in the Receipts Report, Cashier Report, and Cashier Daily Report.
The configuration will only be applicable for future transactions processed before the configuration change.
It is not possible to introduce a customized PSP name (for example, we can't display “Zooz PSP” instead of “Zooz”).
