Payment Validation Alert in PNR
The system now prevents duplicate or unnecessary payments in Passenger Name Records (PNRs):
Fully paid PNRs block any additional payments.
Partially paid PNRs trigger a warning alert before users proceed.
This ensures accurate payment records and eliminates the risk of overdue balances.
New “Cost Per Coupon” and “Gift Card Cost” Columns in the Coupons Report
The Coupons Report now includes two additional columns:
Cost Per Coupon shows the cost for regular coupons.
Gift Card Cost displays the cost for coupons issued as gift cards.
These additions give airlines a clearer view of coupon activity and costs, making revenue and profitability analysis more effective.
SendGrid Template Name Added to PNR Log
The PNR Log now displays the SendGrid template name used for customer emails.
This improvement increases administrator visibility and simplifies monitoring of email communications.
Amendment Action Blocked for Deactivated Agencies
The system now blocks amendment actions for bookings linked to deactivated agencies. When users attempt an amendment:
The availability search does not initiate.
An alert notifies the user.
This prevents errors and safeguards services connected to deactivated agencies.
Enhancements
Passenger ID Consistency with Hold My Booking
Passenger IDs (PAXIDs) now remain consistent throughout the booking and payment process. This ensures seat assignments and special service requests (SSRs) stay correctly linked to passengers throughout the entire booking and payment process.
