Improvements
Baggage allowance for infants
Airlines can now define specific baggage allowances for infants, visible on booking confirmations and in API responses. This allows infant baggage allowances to differ from standard fare or destination allowances. A new field has been added to the "Create New Fare / Edit New Fare" pop-up for this purpose.
- If the "Inf Baggage" field is set to 0, no infant baggage allowance appears. If a value is provided, the infant’s baggage allowance displays accordingly.
- The new fare structure and connection fare modules now support configuration of infant baggage values.
- The infant baggage allowance field has been added to fare filtering, helping airlines allocate and manage fares requiring infant baggage allowances efficiently.
Fare mass updates and edit files now incorporate the infant baggage parameter.
The infbaggageallowance parameter, which details the infant baggage allowance, has been added to the getDeepLink API response. This enhancement will benefit customers utilizing API integrations.
Customer Deposit Remarks
Airline employees can now add manual remarks when creating a deposit from the Customers screen.
Remarks can be configured as mandatory or optional; mandatory remarks require back-end configuration by Support.
Once configured, remarks appear in the "Remark" column within the Deposits module.
The deposit remark field is optional when making a payment using the deposit payment method on the PNR screen. This applies to all deposit payments, including those processed by travel agents.
The system now automatically adds "Split action" and "Refund action" remarks when deposit actions are split or refunded.
