Bug fixes

  • Correct Remaining Amount (Amount Due) Displayed During Rebook in MMB

We resolved an issue in the Manage My Booking (MMB) portal that caused an incorrect "amount due" during the rebooking process. This error occurred specifically when "inbound fares only" calculations were combined with the "show only one fare" feature, and multiple fares were available. The system now accurately displays the remaining amount due when rebooking.

  • GA4 (Google Analytics) Purchase Event Triggered Only Once per Transaction

We've resolved an issue where Google Analytics 4 (GA4) purchase events were being triggered multiple times for customers using Google Analytics on their IBE, specifically when users refreshed or reopened the confirmation page. The system now guarantees that each successful transaction sends the event only once. This improvement is achieved by implementing a unique pspRedirect parameter, used exclusively during the confirmation flow, which prevents duplicate event pushes and ensures the accuracy of GA4 reporting.

  • SSR Code Display in PNL for PNRs after split operation

Previously, when a Passenger Name Record (PNR) with multiple passengers and associated ancillary codes (SSR codes) was split, only the last passenger in the list would have their ancillary code appear in the Passenger Name List (PNL). We have resolved this issue. The PNL now accurately includes ancillary codes for all passengers with associated ancillaries, ensuring consistent operational data.

  • Action buttons (TICKET / REFUND) on PNR Screen were hidden for some PNRs
Users reported an issue in sоме PNRs where the screen was cut off. This preventед them from completing actions such as refunding or ticketing.

Previously, a null value was sometimes inserted into the RMK (remark) table, particularly during the e-ticket cancellation process. This issue blocked refund and ticketing operations for affected PNRs.

The problem has been resolved through code improvements that prevent the creation of NULL remarks in the data tables.
