New Features

Booking transfer ASC
The system can now send ASC (Airline Schedule Changes) messages to the GDS when bookings are changed using the booking transfer feature, avoiding manual changes for GDS bookings. This eliminates the need for manual updates for GDS bookings, keeping travel agents informed about any involuntary rerouting changes to their PNRs. The feature is fully activated for customers with direct integrations with global distribution systems (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre) and will be extended to the full W2 distribution channel in the near future.

PNRGOV route configuration
PNRGOV can now be configured per destination instead of per route. This allows automatic activation of PNRGOV messaging for newly added destinations, without requiring communications with us for any new destination added. For example, if an airline operates flights WAW-HRG (Hurghada) with PNRGOV already active, adding a route WAW-SSH (Sharm el Sheikh) will automatically enable PNRGOV messaging, without manual adjustment.

Captcha activation – Current IBE
Airlines can now enable Captcha validation at different stages of the booking process (Flight Results & Itinerary page). This provides a tool to respond to potential bot activity immediately, without waiting for GO7 DevOps actions or Imperva configuration. Activation and configuration are available directly in CRS via IBE settings.

Improvements

Flight number in charter module
The Charter module now displays flight numbers and allows filtering by flight number for charter flights.  With this improvement, the system will automatically display existing charter flight numbers for a selected date, providing an instant reference point. This will help to:

  • Reduce operational effort by removing manual lookups.
  • Prevent duplicate flight number assignments, maintaining data integrity and compliance with airline numbering rules.

Fixes

getItinerary - Correct flight date calculation
The getItinerary API call now provides accurate departure dates for flights with late evening departures, ensuring correct UTC time conversion.

getSeatMap API call now includes an updated cabin parameter
Previously, all cabins appeared as “Economy.” Now, cabin information is correctly displayed in the getSeatMap API response based on the actual cabins available. This update allows API partners to enable seat selection on flights with multiple cabins.

Services Report enhancements in seat fare calculation and total amounts
Previously, total amounts for some PNRs could appear inconsistent. Seat service and connection fare values are now accurately reflected in the Services Report, ensuring correct totals across all segments.
