Improvements
getItinerary – Language parameter
We have added a new parameter to the getItinerary API response indicating the language in which the booking was created in the IBE, allowing downstream systems to identify and handle the booking language context properly. This is useful when communication with the customer is later handled by third-party systems.
Flight email queue delay when a large number of emails were sent out simultaneously
We have improved email delivery performance by optimizing the email queue processing, in particular when processing a large number of emails simultaneously. The job frequency and batch size were increased significantly to reduce delays during high email volumes (the number of emails processed was increased from 10 to 60 emails per run).
Fixes
It was not possible to log in to the new IBE with GDS or Tour Operator record locator
We have enhanced the getItinerary API to support booking confirmation tokens for agency bookings, enabling the retrieval of bookings in the new IBE for adding ancillaries or online check-in using the GDS or Tour Operator PNR entered in the PNR name field.
SendGrid – Price/amount issue in the invoice amount
We have fixed an issue where invoice amounts sent via SendGrid were not rounded correctly, causing potential issues with revenue accounting. Amounts are now rounded and submitted via SendGrid according to each airline’s configured decimal precision.
Ancillary in CRS was not displayed in some cases
We have fixed an issue where some ancillary services were not displayed correctly in the CRS in cases when multiple services were associated with the same ancillary group.
