Dear Customers, 

We would like to update you on a new feature that we have recently implemented in our system: Allow to block double bookings.

This new feature allows you to block duplicated bookings done from different agencies. For example in case that we already have passenger with the same details on the flight and another agent is trying to book another passenger with the same details (title, first and last name) he will not be able to ticket the PNR.

In order to activate this feature you can go to Administrations > Update company Settings.
