12/JUL/2018 - Adding infants to a ticketed booking

Dear customers,

Due to requests from customers, we have added the option to add an infant to a ticketed booking without the need of cancellation policy or amendment fee.

In order to do so, please click the "QTY" on one of the flights and update the infants quantity.

As you save, if the infant should be charged, the system will cancel the active ticket and wait for additional passenger information (infant name if needed), payment and for ticketing, in the meanwhile, you will see the PNR as HN, note that until this is done, there will be no option to change an existing service in the PNR.

Once the PNR is paid and ticketed, the status will return to "OK".
