08/AUG/2018 - Find PNR restrictions

Dear customers, 

We would like to update you that we have recently added new functionality in order to block certain type of customers to find their bookings in the website.

You can configure it in the website settings, where we have added a new field called 'Restict PNR Search'.

You will need to set the numeric value according to the customers you desire to block from finding their bookings in the website. These are the different options you can use to set which bookings can be checked in the website:

  •  0 - all bookings 
  •  1 - only bookings made on the website
  •  2 - only bookings made on the website or direct customers (made on CRS)
  •  3 - only bookings made on the website or direct customers or agents (exclude GDS bookings (1A/1S/H1) )

In case that the PNR is blocked the following advise will be showed to the customers:
