Dear customers,

We would like to inform you of a new functionality that we've added to the system:
booking service fee.
This functionality allows you to add a service fee per booking upon the creation of a new booking.

The booking service fee is added per CRS Users and CRS Agents: 

1. CRS Users

Once the booking fee value is set, the system will reflect it in ever booking that will be created by the selected user:

      2. CRS agents.

PLEASE NOTE: 
● The user will not be able to cancel the booking fee service in the PNR, unless they have the "Cancel cancellation policy" permission activated:

● This setting is set per user only.
