We would like to inform you of a new functionality that we've added to the system:
Limit Void.
This feature will allow you to set the maximum of times an agency can use the Void Policy (set by class).
In case the limit set is passed by the agency the cancellation policy will be triggered (if relevant).
You can set the limit void from the Agency screen (please set 0 for unlimited Voids).
You will be able to check the voids left for each agency from the PNR screen.
And from the Agent Balance screen.

The void policy will be according to the class, you might not set any void policy to the classes open to your agents.

For instance.
I want to restrict the nuber of void for a specific agency; since I see on the picture above that we go to agents then agencies.
