We would like to update you regarding a new feature added to the system that allows setting dynamic TTL profiles for classes and agents.
Using the TTL profile option you will be able to set up to 5 different TTL settings for different booking times (X hours prior to departure time).
Setting up the TTL profile is done on the Marketing > TTL Profile sub-module:

Booking time (1-5) | Enter the amount of time in hours the booking is created before the scheduled time of departure |
TTL (1-5) | Enter the TTL time (In minutes) |
Setting up the different TTLs on the profile should be done from the closest to the STD (use line number 1) to the furthest from the STD (use line number 5) - this is similar logic to how cancellation and amendment fee periods should be set on the class settings screen.
Using a TTL Profile on a class
Once the TTL profile is set and active, you will be able to assign it to a class:
The system will take the TTL from the TTL profile if the PNR is booked within the time periods set under that profile.
Let's take the following TTL profile as an example:
According to this TTL profile:
Line 3 - if a flight is booked between 72 hours to 48 hours prior to STD, the TTL will be 70 hours (4200 minutes)
Line 2 - if the flight is booked between 48 to 24 hours prior to STD, the TTL will be 40 hours (2400 minutes)
Line 1 - if the flight is booked in the last 24 hours, the TTL will be 20 hours (1200 minutes).
If the flight is booked more than 72 hours prior to STD (outside the TTL profile timings), the TTL will be 96 hours, according to class Y default TTL settings.
Using a TTL Profile for agents
Under Agents > TTL you will be able to assign a TTL Profile to an agency:
You will need to select the relevant agency and class from the dropdown list, set what will be the default TTL (Under TTL (hr) field) for this agency's bookings in case it is done outside the profile timings, and select the TTL profile.
