26/MAY/2021 - Block seats per specific classes

Dear Customers,

We would like to update you on a new option that will allow blocking seat selection per specific class/brand combination. 

To implement this feature you will need to go to Marketing > Seat fares and create the record for the class/brand with a price -1:

In this case, if a passenger booked Class E/Basic he will not be allowed to select row 9. 

Notice that if additionally, you mark the option 'Charge on check in', in this case, the seats will also be blocked for selection during the online check-in process.
