Dear Customers,
We want to inform you about a new user permission added, if the permission is marked this will block the relevant user to be able to cancel a ticket when one of the passengers on the PNR already have a status marked in the Departure Control System (DCS).
This permission is relevant for CRS users and CRS agents.
Please notice that for all existing users, this option is not marked and this limitation will not take effect, please proceed to mark it on the relevant users in your system.
