We would like to update you on a new improvement developed for sending an automatic booking confirmation SMS message from the IBE per the clients' preferred language.
First, you will need to create multiple booking confirmation templates per each available language you have on your website, IMPORTANT: please make sure to name all the templates as "web confirmation".
On the Administrations > SMS templates sub-module you now have a new field for setting the language of the SMS template, the list of languages is from the languages set for the IBE under the New IBE > Languages sub-module.
Once a client will do a booking on the IBE, the system will detect the language selected by this user, and for the confirmation SMS (if available under the IBE settings and chosen by the client) the relevant language template will then be sent.
If there is no record set for that specific language, the default language template (English unless changed) will be sent instead.
Please also be informed that a similar development for the email templates of the booking confirmation is also in the final stages of development and will soon be deployed, we will publish a separate release note once it will be completed.
