We would like to update you on a new improvement added to the PNR screen.
We have added a new button to allow an assessment of the policy fees that will be charged from the client in a case of ticket cancellation, amendment or a passenger name change.
This new button will be available only on ticketed PNRs, press it to review the policy fees.
