03/DEC/2019 - Credit days improvement - Agency settings screen

Dear Customers,

We would like to update you on an improvement done in agency settings for vouchers' credit days calculations.

It is now possible to enter a negative number (i.e. "-10") of days for the "credit days" if the "value date" is set as First/Last service date.

Example:

If this agency will book a ticket for a flight on 11.03.2020 and issue a voucher, the due date for this voucher will be on 01.03.2020 (10 days before the first service date).
