06/JAN/2020 - Web Booking confirmation sent according to user's language

Dear Customers,

We would like to update you on an improvement done for multi-language websites and the sending of a translated booking confirmation template.

From now on, if a client will complete a website booking with a translated language, the system will send them a translated booking confirmation template, if there is a translation for that language in the template settings.

In order to have this feature active, please make sure to add all the website languages as 'Ref Lang' in the 'Administration' module:

Once all languages are added, make sure to also translate all relevant words under the 'Ref Words' sub-module.
We recommend applying a filter for the translated language and then to translate all the records:

Once a booking process will be completed in the Spanish version of the website, for example, the template set in the settings as "web confirmation Email template' will be sent and all the titles and ref words will be translated automatically to Spanish:
