Dear Customers,
We would like to update you on an improvement done in the system regarding sending the individual tickets as separate email PDF attachments.
When marking the "Attach personal tickets" option, an individual ticket will be sent as a separate PDF file attachment to all the marked customer/agent/passengers e-mail addresses.
An example confirmation template sent with the individual separate ticket for each booked PAX:
