We would like to update you on a new feature added to the IBE which will allow agents to take 'ownership' of PNR booked by a direct customer. 

For example, a regular customer goes to your website and makes the booking but for some reason does not complete the payment and goes to an Agency working with the airline as Web Agents, the customer provides the PNR and Last name and the Web agent will complete the payment for the customer, in such a case, the system will change the PNR from a direct customer to be under the agency which processed the payment from the website.

To activate this feature, you need to go to New IBE > Website clips > Website settings and mark the relevant option:
