04/MAR/2020 - RQ ticketed bookings

Dear Customers, 

We would like to update you on new permission which will allow you to ticket request (RQ) bookings, this is with the purpose that the booking information will be transmitted to the DCS through PNL/ADL messages accordingly.

You can activate this permission going to Administration > Users:

Notice that no changes will be allowed on the check-in module for these passengers, but they will be highlighted in orange:

And you will be able to confirm them just by pressing in the Status button (if there are available seats):

This will update the PNR to OK status:
