Dear Customer,
We would like to update you on a new addition to the CRS which allows you to set a new template that will be sent automatically to the customer/agent's email if an RQ booking is created in the system.
You can create a special template for such cases and set it under the new "RQ PNR template" option:
When a PNR is created with at least one service in RQ status, if there is a template set for this new option on the system, this template will be sent automatically to the Agent/Customer's email.
