We've implemented a new functionality in the system: Online Campaigns.
You can find this new sub-module under the Website module.
This will allow you to add UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) code to your URL in order to track sales and campaigns according to the source.
You need to create a new campaign by clicking on the new button.
You will have the following screen to configure the settings of the campaign.
Active: Indicates if the campaign will be active or inactive.
Name: The name of the campaign.
Short Name: This will be added to the beginning of the PNR name (up to 10 characters). Please see screenshot below.
Source: What will be sent as the utm_source parameter - This needs to be decided with the OTA.
Expiry: Cookie expiry in hours. How long the cookie needs to be set in the user's browser. Received by the OTA.
This is how it will be shown in the PNR.
You will be able to filter by campaign from the Reservations module.
