Dear Customers,
We are excited to update you that we have deployed an important improvement to the way users will navigate between screens in the system and that we have also added a new way to self-organize and create an individual favorites list per user of their most-used sub-modules for faster and easier workflow.
New modules and sub-modules list
Please note that navigating between modules and sub-modules will now be done using an organized drop-down list, all sub-modules will be displayed when clicking on the module name, clicking on the sub-module's name will redirect you to the relevant screen.
You can also use the search bar to find a sub-module using free-text search:
New favorites list of screens per user
From now on, every user in the system will have the option to create a list of his own favorite and mostly-used screens on the system for faster and easier access and a much more user-friendly navigation experience.
In every sub-module, we have added the new "Add to favorites" button.
Clicking it will add the screen you are currently viewing to the favorites list:
The right-most sub-module will be the one currently in use, and to the left, we will have the list of all the screens marked as favorites by the user, up to 10 different screens can be added as favorites.
Notice that removing a screen from the favorites list is possible by clicking the button.
The favorites list is individual per user and will not affect other users in the system.
Notice that the user access permissions were not affected by this change and each user will only have the sub-modules they are allowed to access according to the user groups permissions available on the list.
